The combined Turkey and Jordan trip in Spanish links two destinations of legendary archaeology: the Cappadocia of valleys and imperial Istanbul, and on the other side, the rose-red city of Petra, the desert of Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. We run it as a local operator in Turkey (TÜRSAB licence A-9759), with a Spanish-speaking guide in both countries, the Istanbul–Amman flight included and real operation on the ground, not subcontracted to a reseller. Price transparent and with no hidden fees (from 1,230 USD per person) and tailor-made departures in 2026. The focus of the trip is Turkey and Jordan: here you concentrate on Petra and Cappadocia, with no Egypt in between.

Itinerary: Istanbul, Cappadocia, Amman, Jerash, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea

This Turkey and Jordan trip covers, in around 12 days, the essentials of both countries:

Istanbul: Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapı and the Bosphorus.

Cappadocia: the valleys, the underground cities and the option to fly in a balloon.

Amman: the citadel, the Roman theatre and the Jordanian capital.

Jerash: one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world.

Petra: the Nabataean city carved into the rock, one of the new wonders of the world.

Wadi Rum: the red-sand desert of the "valley of the moon".

Dead Sea: the lowest point on Earth, where you float effortlessly.

As it is a tailor-made trip, we adjust the days in Turkey and Jordan to your preferences (there is also a shorter version of about 8 days).

The Turkey–Jordan flight (Istanbul–Amman)

The hop between the two countries is by plane: the Istanbul–Amman flight takes about 2h30 and we handle it, with airport transfers and reception in Jordan included. We do not leave you to sort out the connection or the visas on your own: there is Spanish-speaking assistance on arrival in Amman.

Petra in depth: the Siq, the Treasury and real time to see it

Petra deserves real time, not a bus race. You walk in through the Siq, the more-than-one-kilometre gorge that suddenly opens onto the Treasury (Al-Khazneh), and climb up to the Monastery (Ad-Deir) if you wish. With your Spanish-speaking guide you understand the Nabataean civilisation that carved the city into the rose-red rock. We plan the hours to dodge the heat and the crowds, with real time inside the site, not the usual express pass.

Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea: what you do

In Wadi Rum, the "valley of the moon", you tour the red-sand dunes, the canyons and the rock bridges where films such as Lawrence of Arabia and The Martian were shot, with the option to sleep in a Bedouin camp under the stars. At the Dead Sea, the lowest point on the planet, you float effortlessly on its salty waters and try the famous mineral mud. Two very different experiences that close the Jordanian leg.

What is included and what is NOT

Included: the Istanbul–Amman flight, the internal flights in Turkey, private transfers, accommodation with breakfast, the Spanish-speaking guide in Turkey and Jordan, the itinerary visits and entry to Petra (via the Jordan Pass).

Not included: the international arrival and departure flights, the balloon flight in Cappadocia (optional), some meals, tips and personal expenses.

We detail in writing what the price covers before booking, with no surprise charges on arrival.

Visas and the Jordan Pass: how we handle it

The Jordan Pass is the key to saving in Jordan: if you buy it before travelling and stay at least 3 nights (4 days) in the country, it waives the entry visa fee and includes entry to Petra and more than 40 attractions (Jerash, the Amman citadel, Aqaba…). It is valid for 12 months and active for 14 days from its first use at Petra. Your passport must have at least 6 months' validity. We guide you on the Jordan Pass and the visas of both countries according to your nationality (you should always confirm with the official source before travelling).

Why a Spanish-speaking guide in both countries

The great advantage of this combination is the continuity of Spanish-speaking service in Turkey and in Jordan. In Turkey we are the local operator; in Jordan we work with a trusted team and a Spanish-speaking guide. So you understand what you see in Cappadocia and at Petra, and you always have someone to ask in your language, without relying on loose audio guides or a reseller that subcontracts.

How to book (TÜRSAB A-9759)

Booking is with no payment in advance: you tell us your dates and the number of people, we confirm flights, hotels and the Jordan Pass and give you a closed price with what is and is not included in writing. As a local operator with TÜRSAB licence A-9759, your booking is backed by an agency registered in Turkey and you deal in Spanish directly with whoever organises the trip.
